Former Employee3.1Sep 8, 2024Verisimilitude. I was told it was an inbound sales role, but it's support and sales. You can't hang up on customers even if they are shouting at you. You could hit 200% quota and not get paid your bonus if you aren't available to take calls, even if you are following up on emails.
