Current Employee My overall experience at Gong has been amazing and has provided me with a job that I actually look forward to waking up and doing. I will say it’s not easy by no means and everyone here is pretty damn good so there’s a lot of competition when it comes to promotion time. The people and even leadership make the job fun , re charge days at the end of our quarters are a very appreciated company wide time off, and I truly can’t say enough good things as far as where the company is headed. There’s a bunch of hires so make sure you come in with a referral, best of luck!
