Current Employee Over the past three years since I joined the org, it's become increasingly difficult to meet the quota every quarter. The problem is that if you fall short even once, your manager says it's hard to justify your promotion this cycle (which occurs twice a year), since you ideally need a streak of five consecutive quarters to be nominated for promotion. It really demotivates you when you realize you can't afford to miss if you're aiming for growth.
