Not great. Was mislead through the interview process about how much a new insurance agent is expected to sell to friends and family in their first year. Never would have accepted the job if I had known. Company also does mass hirings of new insurance agents with the expectation that most of them will not last, but it does not matter to them as they will still get new business from those employees via their family members. Very underhanded.

Goosehead teaches you good fundamentals on selling and the grit it can take to make money in sales.
