My experience here was extremely draining. The management is filled with 21-26 year olds that don’t know what they’re doing. The work life balance is non existent. There is no inbound lead flow. The compensation structure is very unstable. The whole company is a scam and they don’t care about you as an employee. I spent more money getting to work than I was making. Would not ever recommend this job, ever.

Overall the work and company is not bad, base salary of $45K is not bad as service/maintaining current clients, but the most support and income is reserved for sales agents, but the company makes it difficult to transition from service into sales with a preference to sales from outside of the company instead of within.
