Success is very much driven by which territory you get. The people who have success do not leave. So if you are interviewing for an open role, ask how many AE's have been in that territory the last few years to help give you an idea.

Joined because the company I worked for was acquired by Granicus. Initially, they kept our sales team and structure. Over time, they broke apart our team and moved us into existing sales teams.
