Disappointing experience overall. While most fellow AEs are hardworking and supportive, the company suffers from poor leadership and inconsistent direction. Management frequently shifts priorities and messaging, making it difficult to build momentum or see meaningful progress. It was good and then it started to decline and just become a yelling match. I would prefer to work elsewhere as the company had made bad decisions In the past which are now effecting the way we sell today. Pipeline has dried up and sales tactics are needing to change. There is a good work life balance at QuickBase however a lot of stress is creeping in.
