Initially fantastic. They have gone overboard with quota requirements. We just had 3 years of price increases and now the customer base is sticker fatigued. Good leadership but a little in over their heads trying to compete with the last couple years of success. A lot of people are moving on to other companies.

Overall, leadership has taken a position to micro-manage the Enterprise Expand segment. Commission rates have been adjusted down and quotas have been increased between 30%-50%. last year only 2 out of 20 AEs hit quota. Maybe another 2-3 were within 70% of their quota.
