Massive amount of layoffs in 2023 and 2024. Doesn't seem like this company will be in business much longer. On top of that; You are on your own. Training is decent, however managers are not. Micromanaging, asking you what sales you have coming in every other day when you have a multi-year sales cycle

My overall experience has been positive at Granite, however, I see that I am an outlier in many instances, including hitting quota and making decent money. It takes a good amount of personal work ethic and diligence to even hit quota let alone succeed and a lot of people can't handle it.

My overall experience during my 5 years was just okay. Met some great people, but the company itself is stuck in the 90's. There is no culture, opportunities and leads are becoming harder and harder to come by, and most of the products rarely work the way you sold it.
