Former Employee3.0Aug 6, 2024Lack of training, no clear career path, no quota for the Sales Trainee role. Which is good but 0 guidance in what you need to do. You have to find out yourself.

Former Employee3.4Jan 22, 2024Overall I had a good experience at Graybar. One of the challenges was they kept changing direction. My title changed from Business Development Manager to Account Manager (which was different from an Outside Sales Rep) and they didn't seem to quite know how to compensate Account Managers. And then I got laid off during the pandemic.

Former Employee3.0Apr 27, 2024Overall, a good company to sell for. Certain corporate departments were not set up for true field sales as they were low base pay with minimal incentive pay.
