Former Employee3.0Apr 27, 2024Overall, a good company to sell for. Certain corporate departments were not set up for true field sales as they were low base pay with minimal incentive pay.

Former Employee3.4Jan 22, 2024Overall I had a good experience at Graybar. One of the challenges was they kept changing direction. My title changed from Business Development Manager to Account Manager (which was different from an Outside Sales Rep) and they didn't seem to quite know how to compensate Account Managers. And then I got laid off during the pandemic.

Former Employee2.4Jan 4, 2024Only truly able to support 2-3 sales reps per branch effectively. Unless you’re a “good ol boy” with 20+ years you likely won’t be one of them.
