My overall experience has been positive until recently. Despite the low base pay, the company made it possible to make it up in commission, but have made significant changes to hinder that.

I have been here for almost three years at this point and there is little to no stability when it comes to the job. Made so many wrong high level decisions that impacted long term growth. Culture was a large problem and did nothing to address it.
