My overall experience was poor. They had no clue how to effectively communicate and the base salary was unlivable. Commission was strong but their KPIs were confusing when number was missed.

My overall experience has been positive until recently. Despite the low base pay, the company made it possible to make it up in commission, but have made significant changes to hinder that.
