Client services team has strong leadership and decent professional development. Sales org has hardly any professional development in place and leadership is relatively weak. Sales org structure also promotes a culture that leads to reps undercutting each other and looking to steal deals, rather than promoting a collaborative team environment. No incentive for reps to work together towards common goal.

Boys club at the top of the business. No culture whatsoever. No communication to client service or sales associates. No training or development. Trick young talent to stay for 1-2 years by throwing decent happy hours.
