Boys club at the top of the business. No culture whatsoever. No communication to client service or sales associates. No training or development. Trick young talent to stay for 1-2 years by throwing decent happy hours. Anyone who makes it to management has had 1-2 decent conversations with executives at a happy hour and are too scared for a change. Executives are comfortable with the success they’ve had / are having but show no desire to progress. Same top performers year over year with no others able to breakthrough.

Client services team has strong leadership and decent professional development. Sales org has hardly any professional development in place and leadership is relatively weak.
