They have increased the budget across the board while greatly limiting travel. They are making it very hard to make your number. The industry is slightly hurting right now but the high level of consolidation makes for less potential customers.

Great company that has a good culture and values. Pay is lower compared to competitors, but overall good stability and work-life balance. Comp plans have needed improvement recently (Feb 2024). Reps should consider pay vs. stability/life balance when considering HP.

Terrible sales culture but pays well. Spend 30% in MSFT Dynamics. No true CRM. HP is held together by a string of spreadsheets. But the pay and benefits are nice. Unlimited PTO as well.
