Great culture and comp for staring your sales career. Need to find ways to motivate sales reps to stay long term. Great solution is in the gartner magic quadrant. A lot of room to grow, overall great experience

Poor leadership. Company always unsure wether to stick or twist. Dreadful senior hires within marketing. CEO feels that writing a "book" will solve all the problems facing the company. Best car for HYCU is for Nutanix to buy them and hopefully recoup funding.
