Despite possessing an exceptional product-market fit, achieving quota appears to be a rare feat. The compensation plan is inadequately crafted, featuring unattainable targets and reinforcing counterproductive behaviors. Without a substantial shift in leadership, I hesitate to recommend this company and question its long-term viability.

It's selling into recruiting software, times have been better to sell into this industry and we are doing the best out there in comparison to our peers, but still a hard industry

The company culture has turned upside down. Sales are being micromanaged. The sales team has low moral. It wasn't always like this.
