Sales leadership seems to be struggling, with a notable absence of seasoned expertise within the management team. Despite possessing an exceptional product-market fit, achieving quota appears to be a rare feat. The compensation plan is inadequately crafted, featuring unattainable targets and reinforcing counterproductive behaviors. Without a substantial shift in leadership, I hesitate to recommend this company and question its long-term viability.

Overt and obvious 'us and them' culture. Them being the people who have been here a long time, have a lot of equity, been promoted into roles they are incapable of doing, and for the most part miss targets with no consequences.
