Hashi has some challenges with product fit and a long sales cycle. They do pay well and give grace due to the long and complex sales process.

Great people and the products are everywhere. IBM acquisition has created opportunity for growth. It has also created uncertainty around the future of the teams and products but I’m confident it will be in a positive direction
