Great organization with an incredible market opportunity. Senior leadership showed their immaturity by dramatically over hiring in 2022 only to conduct several layoffs in 2023 that eliminated approx. 10% of the workforce. The C-suite needs a revamp and the product/pricing strategies also need serious examination. Quotas were set for 2023 that were going to be very difficult to achieve on avergage.

Good: - Excellent products & Excellent users community - Competitive Salary - No micro-management Bad: - Open-Source version is way too powerful. Selling the Enterprise version is really challenging.
