Current Employee Training was long but only covered compliance and laws to adhere to. There wasn't an adequate sales training for there product for this role. They hired at least 20 people in my group maybe 3 are left after a year. Most of your bonus and commissions are made during AEP from Oct 15 through Dec 7 maybe stretched out a month out due to stragglers who enroll late or early. My advice to new hires is to find a team supervisor that fits your ora before you get burnt out. Only top performers get routed the good leads. The cheap leads go to the average and no leads to the poor performers they stay only on outbound until they prove worthy and that can be taken from you if numbers don't stay firm.
