I wouldn’t recommend getting into Medicare advantage sales with health plan one. The compensation plan was the worst thing that I’ve ever experienced professionally $20 per sale when the product is worth 1000 mathematically you cannot make more than $50,000 a year on their comp plan. You do have a base pay of $20 an hour or $40,000 a year and you get mediocre insurance a high deductible plan with a 401(k) I wouldn’t recommend people spending their prime earning years working for this company and health insurance or Medicare.

Training was long but only covered compliance and laws to adhere to. There wasn't an adequate sales training for there product for this role. They hired at least 20 people in my group maybe 3 are left after a year.
