Change in comp plans lead to a pay cut. Sr leadership is out of touch and out of their depth, they ruined a really good thing. My advice to reps considering joining HS would be to ask how many sales reps has the hiring...Read More

Current Employee3.6Feb 6, 2025Just wanted to add for people smart enough to look here before applying. BDR/SDR pay is way too high here. OTE is 65k and top performer ~90k. These numbers are from the old comp structure that involved getting percentages of closed won opportunities (including inbound).
