HealthStream "can" be a good culture fit if you know the right people. Base compensation is laughably low that it's insulting. There is a lack of training when it comes to being in a sales-facing role. The only real training is learning the massive amount of products that HealthStream offers (half of them are useless or underdeveloped). The only reason I have stayed as long as I have is because of the people around me.

My overall experience has not been the best. Lowest paying healthcare technology company in the U.S. Management is subpar. Lack of innovation is going to hurt this company in the long run.
