Everyone at this company is very nice. Base compensation for the role is the lowest in the industry. My product doesn't fit into the product suite very well and there is a very still competitive landscape. Also no ai so I think if it doesn't evolve, the product will be irrelevant sooner than later.

Leadership is trash. Pay is abysmal. Benefits are lacking. Culture used to be good, but poor leadership and middle management has run the company into the ground.

My overall experience was okay. They hold BDR's back for years. You have to force your way up but that can be derailed by high levels of nepotism.
