Good! Pay is not normal for software account executives but there were always opportunities to learn. HealthStream products are dominant in all the fields they compete in.

Sales leadership is disconnected from front line reps and only confers their feedback as complaining. The legal team drives the sales team. This sales organization is not interested in doing anything different in a time of constant change.
