The company values all other aspects of business before AD. You are very much your numbers and receive little support when struggling. The team culture is the only thing keeping me here at the moment.

It's been a tough 12 months for Highspot. 2 rounds of layoffs - one in January which wiped out 15% of the company and the most recent in June which eliminated about 90% of the SMB sales team. Good product, leadership is frantic right now due to the downturn and several rounds of funding to get to IPO. Deals are large but slow. moving right now and its a struggle to hit even after the RIF's
