Current Employee I have enjoyed my time at HS, great colleagues that are very supportive. The product is great, however there have been challenges from competition as well as product fit within the market.
This will improve as they move away from 'sales enablement' towards revenue predictability/enablement.
HS has a cult following within it's customer base, people who use it always tend to come back when they move to different orgs. There is a big focus on educating new customers, which can be challenging however it can pay off.
Although there are many competitors in the space, the biggest one is a customer 'doing nothing', therefore there is a big focus on value selling. Browse Other Reviews
