Grateful for my time at Highspot. Given the field to be a top performer and performed at the highest level. Field leaders are inexperienced and lack any experience outside of Highspot, creating a gap between Highspot and the real world. Love the vision that Robert and Oliver have, but sadly their front line GTM individuals are out of touch. Constantly burning reps and killing morale due to a lack of accountability - Blaming reps for failing versus themselves for being unable to manage.

My overall experience was that great product market fit isn’t enough. The company can do great things if they opened their ideas to people who come from elsewhere. Culture needs a lot of work - people are leaving even in the world of uncertainty and in hard economic times which should tell the executive and people team to keep their eyes and ears open.
