It’s been ok so far. Lack of leadership, isolated, pay is very low for other CSM jobs. Company beginning to be worse with Ai hurting the enablement field.

Grateful for my time at Highspot. Given the field to be a top performer and performed at the highest level. Field leaders are inexperienced and lack any experience outside of Highspot, creating a gap between Highspot and the real world.
