There have been good years to be a Highspot rep and bad years. We are on a ~3 year run of it being a bad year. The business has struggled to figure out how to onboard new reps as well as how many reps the pipeline can reasonably support. As a result, reps have a short leash before being pushed out of the business without any regard for historical sustained success in the role.

While the culture was once strong and thriving with great leaders, the culture has shifted. General consensus among AEs is that leadership understands the theory of how sales should work, but lacks the practical understanding of what’s actually working/needed to win. Significant amount of admin work which needs to be balanced with prospecting and deal management.

Lots of restructuring on the post-sales side of the house. It was needed to ensure customer revenue growth.
