Fear-driven culture by CRO/leadership often puts people in a tough spot to succeed, which has led to some crazy turnover (reps and leadership included).

Current Employee4.6Jun 18, 2025I have just started bu they have heavily invested in my development and my success. The driver is about getting all of the reps to make money and get paid. Its a very work hard and play hard environment that wants you to be successful.
