Average management, no onboarding, so many product offerings resulting in inconsistent direction with go-to market strategies from different team members. Hard to get promoted but very rewarding if you do. Great flexibility & autonomy, good teammates.

Hitachi has changed leadership at the top more than any other company I have ever seen. It has created so much turbulence for it's employees that it makes it hard for anyone to feel stable in their job.
