Great product, and a great culture on the surface, underpinned by woefully inexperienced leadership and acceptance of toxic behaviour. They talk of growth but won't back it with actual investment into the activities needed to drive business in region.

It seems that the company culture is non-existent. If the leadership doesn't like you, you're out. There's a constant turnover of employees, creating a very stressful environment where you feel like you could lose your job at any moment.

As a member of a start-up like HiveMQ, one would hope to have the ability to voice concerns about internal issues. However, the company appears resistant to feedback and change from its employees. Their primary focus seems to be on maximizing profits, even if that entails dismantling an entire team or department without any justifiable cause.
