I love working at honeycomb. The challenges of working for a start up are the lack of inbound, the product fit in the market, and selling it, but the product is great, it just takes a bit of change management to sell, but I've never worked somewhere where people love the product so much, which makes it easier to outbound.

Great company with a product that is loved by developers. The hardest part is displacing incumbent vendors, but Honeycomb is closely aligned with OpenTelemetry an OS project that has seen massive growth and adoption in recent years.
