Honeywell overall is a sales driven org, to a certain degree. It is a very much enterprise b2b heavy business with lots of industrial experience, but trying to increase foot print in SaaS and AI, learning as we go.

My overall experience was that our sales potential is greatly reduced by operational issues. Manufacturing, procurement, and customer experience have led me to be constantly trying to rebuild relationships rather than engaging about new opportunities. Overall talent level is high with strong senior leadership and technical engineering support. The opportunity to build/pivot into expanding roles is a positive incentive. Incentive/commissions rates, however, continued to decline over time.
