Former Employee Things were good before the org restructure in January. At that time they split the team up between Mid-Market and Enterprise with both teams having different struggles. Mid-Market became glorified SDR's as they had to field every single incoming inquiry (no chat bot or SDR to handle). This took up a massive amount of time for no reward, as 95% of the inbound leads ended up being self-service/e-comm opportunites, which the sales team did not get any credit for. Browse Other Reviews
