Current Employee3.3Apr 11, 2025Great people, but leadership can't stick to a plan. They switch our comp structure and software packages practically every month. They pinch pennies by slashing commissions, taking away outreach tools, and paying AEs well below average. There are no stock options for new hires or 401K matching. Most senior AEs and managers are just hanging around waiting for the IPO.

Current Employee4.4Jul 28, 2024Overall great org, as long as your not a terrible seller they will train you up to be an AE, great people high quota attainment (60%) quotas realistic and achievable sales leaders give you the tools and leads to succeed rest is on you. Base salary is low but there is opportunity to sell here so not that much of a drawback for me personally

Former Employee2.9Feb 23, 2024They used to have an in depth meritocracy system where you were rewarded more inbound leads for closing deals - they quickly stripped that away and everyone's numbers went significantly down - if you weren't on what was called a "PILOT" team - you got ZERO inbound leads - whereas weekly you'd get about 5-10 depending on how well you close them - which used to reset...Read More
