Current Employee4.0Feb 6, 2025Honestly just pros and cons to this org, constant change and most of it really isnt good and not implemented well, base salary is low although they recently bumped it. Top performers were getting paid really well but they changed pay structure to incentive people hitting quota and getting sales rather than just people generating pipeline without an equivalent amount...Read More
