Current Employee Honestly just pros and cons to this org, constant change and most of it really isnt good and not implemented well, base salary is low although they recently bumped it. Top performers were getting paid really well but they changed pay structure to incentive people hitting quota and getting sales rather than just people generating pipeline without an equivalent amount of sales. The biggest Pro is there is an extremely clear path to AE here that I dont think exists in most other SDR roles this role is worth it just for that simply. Also the product is great we offer more things than all of our competition and our churn rate on software is very low, recently company moved to all software and advertising is just an add on so its a "true" software company now. Quota attainment right now is pretty insanely good, although they have raised it a few times over the past few months. Overall would recommend it for people trying to be an AE as fast as possible but if your looking for a high paying SDR role id look elsewhere Browse Other Reviews
