Former Employee My overall experience here was quite bad compared to other smaller/startup sized companies. Training was a series of videos, everyone says they're willing to help and some of the AEs are very helpful, but leadership had no idea what they were doing and would always defer you to watch "Gong" videos and search keywords to get answers to your question. They're out of touch with their industry and how their product fits, pricing is based on a very archaic model that no other competitor follows so we're always priced way higher. During interviews, they said average deal cycle was 12+ months, then let people go after 3-4 months saying they're not ramping fast enough when there are barely any marketing leads coming in. They increased AE team size from 2 to 10 in a year, and did nothing to expand marketing so now everything is struggling and the only AEs within reach of hitting quota are the ones who have been there for years and have been working on big deals for 1-2 years now. Overall, very negative experience and would not recommend to anyone.
