Current Employee3.3Apr 1, 2025Great people work here but there are constant changes, sometimes occurring weekly within processes. Only 4 reps across the org made quota last year and because of this, they kept quota the same but reduced commission to a weighted plan, which means most people are now earning less. The good thing is that the base salaries are pretty generous.

Training was a series of videos, everyone says they're willing to help and some of the AEs are very helpful, but leadership had no idea what they were doing and would always defer you to watch "Gong" videos and search keywords to get answers to your question. Current Employee3.1Mar 6, 2025They are in the process of expanding the Enterprise team by 200%+ and there are not enough leads to support the expansion. They also recently decoupled SDR's with AE's so there is no collaboration to book meetings; you're on your own. Great culture, but very slow growth and quick ramp considering the deal cycle is 12 months.
