Current Employee Generally a good place to work but getting a bit more micromanaged and more corporate. Internal functions are getting worse, with less real support and more box ticking / attaching to deals they haven’t actually supported on meaning reps are wearing many hats and being worked hard. Lots of disparity with territories - If you are relatively tenured you are good with fantastic territories (some have closed double the business of the majority of reps because of it), newer reps are really struggling and the churn rate is very high. Lots of change happening which looks to be directed from the new CSO, who has grasped the main pain points quickly it seems (sourcing, data quality etc), a real positive if things are actioned and territories are split fairer.
