Currently being pushed out and gaslight by manager and team - and it is the hardest thing I’ve gone through... Anyone able to give advice on how to convince them I’m still trying? I need to keep interviewing. I got one offer from a startup that I is just not a good fit way too unorganized.

Can someone explain how account grouping works? How are some reps magically getting mrr and splitting deals?

Noticing a lot of tenured and previously successful reps leaving HubSpot on LI. Has 2025 been better than 2024 for ICs?

Is being a BDR here a risky job? Is it even possible to hit quota consistently or is it based on luck of the draw with which team/segment you get placed on? I am interviewing currently and it's technically a downgrade for me, but they make the automatic promotions seem promising despite poor OTE.

Ryan from RepVue here, working on new classification of our salary data, refining to the different levels / job titles that Hubspot uses; looks like SMB, MM and ENT all have level 1, 2, 3 - but also "Sr." or "Principal" designations - any guidance on the common internal conventions?

I was just offered a mid market AE role at Hubspot but I’m seeing A LOT of bad reviews on here and Glassdoor from 2025 talking about unrealistic targets, PIP plans, etc. Is mid market that bad? I have multiple offers and I want to make sure I’m making the right career choice.
