Base is lower than market and specifically lower in Canada but incentives including RSUs and accelerators make up for it. Positive outlook and trust on senior leadership’s decisions. They are Constantly opened to feedback on changes to improve. Highs and lows of being in sales but still love the company, the people i work with, excellent product market fit and investment in training and career growth potential.

Learned a lot, great product, great office, nice colleagues. high pressure. At the time, it was obvious that the management only made decisions in its own interest. Often poor communication. No real support for challenges. Only those who manage to find suitable prospects within the system and use grey areas to do so are usually successful.
