This place is full of politics and favoritism. The CRO is an egotistical sociopath. Pay is decent, but if you aren't one of the 'preferred' AEs, you won't do well because they'll give you all the fake leads, and they'll eventually fire you.

Trash, worst company you can ever work for. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. No one knows what they’re doing it’s the blind leading the blind. There’s a real sink-or-swim culture here, and it shows. The leadership doesn’t seem to operate with strong ethical standards, and the direction of the business feels unclear.
