Awesome! IBM is a great stepping stool for early professionals to make their way into tech with a big company with decades of experience and 100’s of clients. I was able to succeed because I had a great manager with 3 decades of experience selling for IBM who wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. I am a hunter and I was given the freedom to be creative with my approach to winning customers and big deals!

There are and were challenges that impacted overall job satisfaction. Frequent changes in targets and a lack of clarity made it difficult to track performance accurately throughout the quarter.
