Overall IBM has a solid earning potential and reasonable quotas. That being said if you do not know how to navigate a major enterprise this role may be tough to fit into. There is also growing pressure to always be physically in front of the client and moving towards in person/office interactions.

IBM isn’t that bad, but it does have a negative stigma in some places and not in others. It’s so person and manager dependent that it could be incredible or terrible.
