Former Employee2.9Mar 27, 2025I think the managers and sales reps at IBM are all working incredibly hard but there is zero support from above. Trying to sell IBM Cloud infrastructure within a squad model when there is zero incentive for other lines of business is a tough mission. Good people, but cloud infrastructure is not a priority for the C-levels at IBM.
