Harassment on each team I joined. Discouraged from going to HR. Impossible quotas. The company is bleeding talent and will be hollowed out in 5 years as they burn and churn the seasoned reps in favor of new hires. Onboarding is atrocious and management is cold. HR is literally a bot that we also sell to customers. 3/10. Everyone has golden handcuffs on and the joke is IBM stands for Institute of Broken Marriages.
