My experience has been great. I have amazing front line management and I have always exceeded quota. Many people don’t know how to prospect or find business so if you know how this job becomes easy. The senior management does lack connection to the bottom and the strategy is often… lacking in a growth direction. There is world class training and if the management had clear direction the company could take off again.
